The petitioners have filed this petition to quash the C.C.No.11429 of 2018, on the file of the Metropolitan Magistrate-XVII, having been taken cognizance for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 506(ii) of IPC r/w 34 IPC.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seek permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle, today to that effect.
