ORDER
When the matter was listed under the caption "for dismissal" on 23.04.2018, there was no representation on both sides. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption "for dismissal" on 21.06.2018. Again, when the matter was listed, there was no representation on the side of the petitioner and the revision was directed to be posted under the caption "for dismissal".
2. Today, once again, the matter was listed under the caption "for dismissal". The matter was called twice in the forenoon and now at 3.00 p.m, on all these occasions, there is no representation on the side of both counsels.
3. In the result, this revision stands dismissed for non-prosecution. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
