This criminal original petition is filed for setting aside the order of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vellore in C.C.No.98 of 2009 dated 23.01.2012, partly allowed by the order of the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Vellore in Cr.R.P.No.12 of 2012 dated 10.08.2012 and direct the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vellore to proceed with the trial and dispose the case on merits.

2. When the matter came up for hearings on 30.06.2017 and on 07.09.2017, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be posted under the caption for dismissal.
