The present Civil Revision Petition is laid by the petitioner seeking to dispose of the Application in I.A.No.1 of 2022 in O.P.No.471/2021 pending on the

file of the learned Sub Court, Alandur, Chennai within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

2.Heard Both sides.

3.The Sub Court, Alandur, Chennai is now required to dispose of Application in I.A.No.1 of 2022 in O.P.No.471/2021 within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, at any rate, not later than July 2022.

4.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
