Prayer :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records to the 1st respondent in circular No. 183/15/2022-GST and the consequential order of the 2nd respondent in Ref No.ZD331223262509H and quash the impugned Circular dated 27.12.2022 issued by the 1st respondent in so far as paragraphs 4.1.1. and 4.1.2 are concerned and the consequential impugned order dt. 29.12.2023 passed by the2nd respondent.

Order The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted a letter dated 25.03.2025 to the Registry seeking to list the matter under the caption, 'For Withdrawal'.

2. Accordingly, the matter is listed today under the said caption and when the matter is taken up, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has chosen to pursue the matter under the GST amnesty scheme and hence, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition. He has also made an endorsement to the said effect.

3. In view of the above submission coupled with the endorsement, permission is granted. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
