ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondent to issue a no objection certificate enabling the respondents to issue license in petitioner favour for running petitioner's "NATURAL AYURVEDIC AND WELLNESS SPA" at Door No.168, Aanaimalai Hotel, Palani road, Gandhi nagar post Udumalapettai taluk, Tirupur district 642 154 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 14.02.2025.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14.02.2025 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
