ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to restore the petitioner to the post of Assistant Section Officer and consequently promote him to the post of Section Officer with all consequential benefits from the date of promotion of his junior.

Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, W.A.Nos.1532 to 1539 of 2017 filed against the order passed in W.P.No.975 of 2014 etc. batch of petitions, came to be allowed by this Court on 14.08.2018 and hence, the petitioner may be granted liberty to approach the respondent afresh, giving all the details and the same may be directed to be considered by the respondent.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no serious objection for granting such relief to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. In view of the limited relief now sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner, which has not been seriously opposed on the side of the respondent, this writ petition stands disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioner to submit a fresh representation giving all the details to the respondent, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such submission, the respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks thereafter. No costs.
