The petitioners have come up with this writ petition to direct the second respondent to update the additionally included 1147 customers in the respective login of the petitioners on the official website of the Tamil Nadu Arasu Cable TV Corporation Limited.

2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, it is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents that after changing the mode of signal from analog to digital, it is for the petitioners to handle the same on online basis by following the procedures contemplated. Therefore, the learned counsel submitted that no further orders are necessary in the present writ petition. Such submission is not refuted by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Hence, recording the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
