O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this petition to relax the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.7496 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.No.10852 of 2019 order dated 17.06.2019, that the petitioner should report before the respondent police twice in a week i.e. on every Tuesday and Thursday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was

granted bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.10852 of 2019 dated 25.04.2019, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice in a week i.e. on every Tuesday and Thursday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the conditions already imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.7496 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.No.10852 of 2019 is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The other conditions imposed by this Court shall remain unaltered. This petition is ordered accordingly. 10.06.2020 Internet : Yes/No kkd To
