The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was granted bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.3995 of 2020 order dated 24.02.2020, that the petitioner should appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. He further submitted that the petitioner has complying with the conditions scrupulously. The Additional Public Prosecutor confirms the same.

3. In view of the same, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered. The condition imposed is totally relaxed.
