This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.4476 of 2020 on 06.03.2020, to report before the respondent police daily at 10:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m, until further orders

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court from 25.03.2020 onwards.

4. Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case, the above condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4476 of 2020 on 06.03.2020 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation. This petition is ordered accordingly.
