ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by THE HON'BLE CHIEF JUSTICE) In view of the allegation of unauthorised construction, which is, in fact, not even disputed, the second respondent is required to proceed in accordance with law either to regularise the construction at the behest of the owner, if permissible in law, on payment of requisite charges, or to call upon the owner to remove https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the unauthorised construction within a time bound schedule, failing which the Corporation would be required to take demolition action. 2.We may note that as per the Counsel for fifth respondent, he was a tenant, who has since been evicted, and he had carried out the construction without sanction, allegedly at the behest of the landlord, an allegation not supported by any document placed on record.

3.Necessary action be carried out by the Corporation within four weeks from today.

4.The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
