The petitioners filed this petition to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.33207 of 2019 dated 16.12.2019 concerned in the 1st petitioner shall stay at Dindigul and report before Dindigul Town Police Station daily at 10.30 am for a period of two weeks and thereafter, he shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am, until further orders and the 2nd petitioner shall stay at Sivagangai and report before Sivagangai Town Police Station daily at 10.30 am for a period of two weeks and thereafter, he shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am, until further orders. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
