Additional Public Prosecutor C O M M O N O R D E R The petitioners have filed these petitions to relax the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.Nos.1041 & 1042 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.Nos.33308 and 33309 of 2019 dated 28.01.2020, that the petitioners should appear before the respondent police / T-9, Pattabiram Police Station weekly twice i.e., on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m., until further orders .

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners were granted bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.Nos.33308 & 33309 of 2019 by an order dated 17.12.2019, on condition that the petitioners should appear before the respondent police daily thrice for a period of 15 days from 20.12.2019 onwards and thereafter they have complied with the conditions reporting before the respondent police viz , T-9 Pattabiram Police Station twice a day from 05.01.2020 onwards till 27.01.2020. Thereafter, on a petition for modification in Crl.M.P.Nos.1041 & 1042 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.Nos.33308 & 33309 of 2019 by an order dated 28.01.2020 as the petitioners have complying with the conditions, this Court modified the condition to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police weekly twice i.e. on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. until further orders. He further submitted that the petitioners are scrupulously complying with the conditions from 31.01.2020 in both Crl.M.Ps. The Additional Public Prosecutor confirms the same.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, these criminal miscellaneous petitions
