O R D E R

This revision has been filed challenging the interim Order passed by the learned Scheme Judge in I.A.No.1 of 2020 in O.S.No.234 of 1994 wherein the learned Scheme Judge has directed the respondent to allow the members of the A.V. Charities for the meeting to be conducted on 23.03.2020, 24.03.2020. Challenging the above Order, this revision has been filed.

2. It is to be noted that the trial Courts are functioning and the urgent matters are being taken up by the trial Courts. Therefore, without appearing before the trial Court, the revision petitioner cannot challenge the interim Order passed by the learned Scheme Judge. It is also stated that the matter is posted before the trial Court on 04.07.2020.

3. Hence, liberty is given to the revision petitioner to approach the learned Scheme Judge and file an appropriate petition to advance hearing and file a counter and argue the matter before the trial Court.
