This petition has been filed to relax the conditional order dated 24.04.2023 passed in Crl.R.C.No.671 of 2023 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court diligently.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner is complying with the conditions diligently, the order dated 24.04.2023 made in Crl.R.C.No.671 of 2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court or represent through his counsel, on all hearing dates without fail. All other conditions remain unaltered.
