This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India praying to set aside the fair order and decree made in Tr.O.P.S.R.No.2307 of 2016 dated 02.06.2016 on the file of the District Judge at Nagapattinam and thereby order transfer the suit in O.S.No.56 of 2012 on the file of the Additional Subordinate Judge to Subordinate Judge at Nagapattinam.

When the matter was called on two occasions viz., 17.11.2021 & 10.12.2021 respectively, there was no representation for the petitioner as well as the respondent. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption, "For Dismissal" on 21.12.2021 i.e., today. 1/4
2. Accordingly, today, the case is listed under the caption, "For Dismissal". Even today, when the matter was called in the forenoon session, there was no representation on both sides. With an intention of giving one more opportunity to the petitioner, the matter was passed over and called again in the afternoon session. But, even in the afternoon session, there is no representation for the petitioner as well as the respondent. This shows that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case. Therefore, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
