Notice may be directed to the accused through the Inspector of Police, EDF-III, Team-XXI, Central Crime Branch-II, Vepery, Chennai to be served at the address given in the petition. Private notice also for the hearing on 04.06.2021.

2.Status report filed by the Inspector of Police is taken on record.

Tmt.M.Jeyavanitha, Inspector of Police is also present. It is stated that very strenuous efforts have been taken to secure the accused who had been granted anticipatory bail but who had not complied with the condition of deposit of Rs.5 lakhs as directed in the order of granting anticipatory bail and had also not reported before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m. again as directed. It is under these circumstances, the present petition has been filed by the defacto complainant seeking to cancel the anticipatory bail.

3.Mr.R.Aneesan, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) is also present.

4.It is hoped that the respondent police would take necessary steps to serve notice on the accused.

5.List the matter once again on 04.06.2021 at 2.15pm.
