Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order passed in Transfer Original Petition SR No.437 of 2015 on the file of Sub Court, Nagapattinam.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition and has also made an endorsement to that effect.

The petitioners filed a Transfer Original Petition SR No.437 of 2015 under Sec.24 of Civil Procedure Code before the Subordinate Court, Nagapattinam.

A petition under Sec.24 of Civil Procedure Code can be filed only before the High Court or before the District Court. 5.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that liberty may be given to the petitioners to file an appropriate petition before the District Court under Sec.24 of Civil Procedure Code.

In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. It is open to the petitioners to file a Transfer Original Petition before the District Court under Sec.24 of Civil Procedure Code, in accordance with law.
