This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.24712 of 2023 dated 07.11.2023. 2.The learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner initially complying with the conditions and thereafter there was break-in in complying the condition and hence the learned counsel vehemently opposed for grant of relaxation to the petitioner

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to ill health of mother-in-law of the petitioner and to take care of her the petitioner was not able to comply with the conditions, due to which, break-in was happened. Hence, he prays for grant of relaxation petition.

3.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four months.
