This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.18792 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.22582 of 2023 dated 29.11.2023.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the charge sheet has been filed in this case and it has also been taken up in P.R.C.No.13 of 2024 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tambaram.

3. Considering the above submission, the condition imposed against the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court, in connection with P.R.C.No.13 of 2024, on the dates fixed by the learned trial Judge, without fail.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
