ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner is the wife of the detenu, who is stated to be missing from the year 2013.
2. It is the case of the petitioner that the whereabouts of the detenu is well known to respondents 3 to 6, who are the family members. A complaint has also been given, which is stated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
to be pending in C.S.R.No.192/13.
3. Prima facie, we do not find any illegal detention involved. However, taking note of the pendency of the complaint in C.S.R.No.192/13, we direct the second respondent to dispose of the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, the habeas corpus petition stands disposed of.
