ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para 3 imposed on the Petitioners that the Petitioners shall report before the respondent Police on every Saturday at 06.30 p.m., until further orders by an order dated 24.01.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.355 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.30735 of 2024 in W.L.O.R.No.25 of 2024 pending investigation on the file of the Respondent Police. 2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, that one of the condition in para 3 imposed on the petitioners that the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police on every Saturday at 06.30 p.m., until further orders by an order dated 24.01.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.355 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.30735 of 2024 in W.L.O.R.No.25 of 2024 pending investigation on the file of the Respondent Police., is relaxed.

4. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 24.03.2025 vca To The Inspector Of Police, FOREST RANGE OFFICE, DHARMAPURI DISTRICT.
