This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to issue direction to the respondent to register F.I.R. based on complaint dated 15.06.2019.

2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that on the basis of the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Namakkal, on 13.03.2023, in C.M.P.No.2293 of 2023, First Information Report in Cr.No.74 of 2023 was filed for the offence under Section 420 I.P.C. 3.In the light of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), no further order is necessary.
