Crl.R.C.No.872 of 2018 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., This Court while disposing of the Crl.R.C.No.872 of 2018, had directed the learned X Metropolitan Magistrate, to dispose of the case within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. A letter dated 22.08.2019, has been addressed by the learned Magistrate, seeking for extension of time by further one month.

Therefore, time is extended by further period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
