This petition has been filed to amend the offences as under Sections 341, 294(b), 323, 324, 307 and 506(ii) of IPC instead of under sections 341, 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crl.O.P.No.24853 of 2023 in order copy dated 26.10.2023.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for.
