No. 28 of 2015 and O.P. No. 587 of 2014 dated 18.12.2017.

Though the complaint of the Petitioner in this Writ Petition is that the Second Respondent has refused to register the Sale Deed presented by him on the ground that the original Will based on which title has been claimed to the property has not been produced, Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents, on instructions, submits that it would suffice for the Petitioner to produce certified copy of that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Will along with affidavit explaining the circumstances under which the Petitioner is not able to produce the original Will. 2.

The Writ Petition is disposed recording the aforesaid submissions made. It is needless to add here that on receipt of the aforesaid requirements the Second Respondent shall expedite action in the matter without brooking any delay.
