ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J.] Heard the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and also perused the affidavit of the 2nd respondent dated 19.12.2018 and it is relevant to extract paragraph no.4 of the same:

4. I submit that the Zonal Officer along with the officials of the CMDA conducted a joint inspection on 04.12.2018 and found that the Aarthi Skin Care Clinic was functioned in the said address which is a commercial one and on the advice of the respondents, the said commercial establishment was closed and the said flat is now kept vacant and, therefore, further enforcement action was not taken.

2. In the light of the said development, nothing remains for further adjudication in this contempt petition. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed.
