O R D E R
This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of the order dated 15.09.2023 passed in W.P. No.17914 of 2023.
2. When the contempt petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents has produced a proceedings of the second respondent that orders have been passed in pursuant to the direction of this court.
3. This court has not given any positive direction in the writ petition, however, it directed the authority to act on the proposal sent by the third respondent, provided the school satisfies all the terms. Now it appears that orders have been passed rejecting the request. In such view of the matter, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the proceedings, it is for the petitioner to challenge the same separately and the merits of the proceedings cannot be gone into in this contempt petition.
