Alleging non-compliance of the order dated 15.09.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.17913 of 2023, the writ petitioner has filed this contempt petition.

When the matter is taken up today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the order of this Court dated 15.09.2023 passed in W.P.No.17913 of 2023 has been complied with and also produced a copy of the proceedings of the 2nd respondent dated 08.07.2024, to that effect.
