CRIME NO.1312/2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition imposed that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Sarurday 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P No.73/2022 order dated 05.01.2022. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. W.CAMYLES GANDHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court and the charge sheet is not filed.

3.Considering the fact that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditional order dated 05.01.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.73 of 2022, the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

until further orders, stands relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

4.Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
