This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondent police to send the lorry bearing Registration No.TN 85 E 0412 for performing Motor vehicle test, which met with an accident on 21.02.2024.

2. On instruction, the Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that the petitioner has only furnished the photocopies of the R.C Book, License, Insurance, Tax receipts and Pollution certificates. Once, if the petitioner hand over the originals of those documents, same will be sent for Motor Vehicle Inspection.

3. In view of the above submission, the petitioner herein is directed to submit all the original certificates sought for by the respondent police. On such submission, the vehicle has to be sent for Motor Vehicle Test within a period of three days, from the date of receipt of original documents. Page No.2/4
