With consent of both sides, this Writ Petition has been taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the second and third respondents to issue a No Objection Certificate enabling the first respondent to issue a License in the petitioner's favour for running her "Flowers Unisex Beauty Parlor & Spa" at Door No. 185/A3 and 185/A11, 9th Ward, Chellammal Narayanan Complex, Min Nagar, Ariyalur Main Road, Perambalur - 621 212, by considering her representation dated 28.02.2025, within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

3. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, directs the third respondent to consider the representation dated 28.02.2025 2/4

made by the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
