No representation on behalf of the petitioner. 3.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the first respondent that the petitioner has also filed a writ petition in W.P.No.1462 of 2020. However, the said petition was dismissed by this Court on 06.10.2020 by recording that the petitioner had expired and steps have not been taken to implead his legal heirs.

Today, though this matter is listed under the caption "for dismissal", there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the cause does not survive to prosecute any more. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Costs made easy.
