The petitioner claims title over the property in S.No.75/15 bearing House plot Nos.B,C,D,F,E,G,H, through the sale deed dated 12.02.2016 registered as Document Nos.1161-1167 of 2016 on the file of the Sub Registrar, Ponneri.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the respondents 2 to 4 herein have trespassed to the property creating nuisance and disturbance and therefore he had given the complaint on 05.01.2017, seeking for a protection. Since the complaint has not been disposed within a reasonable time, the present petition has been filed.

3. Though notice has been served on the private respondents 2, 3 and 4 and their names are printed in the cause list today, none appears on their behalf.

4. The learned Government Advocate on instruction submits that the since the complaint is made only on 05.01.2017, the enquiry is pending on the same. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, there shall be a direction to the first respondent herein to expedite the enquiry and pass appropriate order preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
