This writ petition is filed to direct the second respondent to dispose the M.P.No. 68 of 2021 on the file the Joint Commissioner of Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowment Tribunal of Erode.

2. Upon hearing the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K.Karthikeyan, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents and perusing the material records of the case, the grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has filed an application in MP.No.68 of 2021 to recognize herself as the Hereditary Trustee and the petitioner wants to dispose of the same.

3. In view of the innocuous relief that is prayed for, this writ petition is allowed with a direction to the second respondent to dispose of MP.No.68 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than 12 weeks from the date of receipt of the web copy of the order, without waiting for the certified copy. No costs.
