ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/A5, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(i) of IPC in Crime No.127 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused persons had entered into a wordy quarrel and attacked the defacto complainant's son and caused severe injuries. Hence the complaint.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner did not commit any offence as alleged by the prosecution and seeks for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. The learned Government Advocate, would submit that while the defacto complainant's son went to poll his vote, the petitioner along with other accused picked up quarrel with the defacto complainant's son and on the way to his home, he was intimidated and was attacked by the accused persons. was arrested and remanded to judicial custody. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also taking note of the fact that already A1 to A4 were arrested and remanded to judicial custody, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
