This petition has been filed to relax the condition of reporting before the respondent every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders as imposed in Crl.O.P.No.1670 of 2025 by an order dated 24.01.2025.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(b) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.1670 of 2025 dated 24.01.2025 is relaxed.
