Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the entire records culminating in the order of suspension dated 21.05.2015 of the respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the fourth respondent to reinstate the petitioner in service on the basis of the report of the second respondent dated 15.10.2015 with all consequential attendant service benefits including full salary from the period from 21.05.2015, increments etc.
