Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner should report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30AM and 5.30PM until further imposed in the order passed in Crl.OP.No.2939/2021 dated 17.02.2021 on the file of Hon'ble Court. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.SWETHA, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. P.KRITIKA KAMAL Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.2939 of 2021, dated 17.02.2021 is modified and the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent Police every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
