The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 AM until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.1191 of 2025 by order dated 17.01.2025 is relaxed. 4.
