O R D E R

The petition has been filed to direct the second respondent herein to give police protection to the life and safety of the petitioner and his family members and initiate action against the offenders in accordance with law, on the basis of the complaints to the second respondent dated 26.11.2017, 29.11.2017 and 26.12.2017.

2.The petitioner was granted time to file implead petition on three occasions namely 22.01.2018, 23.01.2018 and 13.02.2018. In spite of opportunities given, the implead petition has not been filed. The persons, perumal and five others are necessary and appropriate parties in the present petition. In the absence of necessary parties, the prayer in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the criminal original petition cannot be maintainable.
