Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition in para 5(iii) that the petitioner / appellant shall appear before the said court at 10.30 a.m. on the first working day of every English Calendar month, pending appeal in the order passed in Crl.MP.No.2224/2020 in C.A.No.116/2020 dated 20.02.2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.RADHA PANDIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S K.SRINIVASAN SPECIAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR FOR CBI CASES on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner/A3 in Crl.M.P.No.2224 of 2020 in Crl.A.No.116 of 2020 on 20.02.2020.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner/A3 is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed in Para No,.5(iii) as against the petitioner by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.2224 of 2020 in Crl.A.No.116 of 2020 by order dated 20.02.2020 shall stand modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Special Judge for CBI Cases, Chennai, in C.C.No.28 of 2006 once in three months at 10.30 a.m. on the first working day until further orders.
