Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the Respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders for interrogation imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.OP.No.3709 of 2021 dated 25.02.2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.T.SARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. P.KRITIKA KAMAL Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.3709 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Section 306 of IPC, in Crime No.1677 of 2020, while granting anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 AM. This petition is ordered accordingly.
