C.M.P.No.16372 of 2016 in C.M.A.No.SR.59182 of 2016 T.RAJA,J.

The Insurance Company has proposed to file C.M.A.SR.No.59182 of 2016 against the impugned award dated 16.10.2015 passed in M.C.O.P.No.7000 of 2013, awarding a sum of Rs.8,20,000/- as against the claim of Rs.10,00,000/- for the multiple injuries suffered by the injured claimant.

However, as there has been a delay of 58 days in filing the appeal, the Insurance Company has sought condonation of the said delay.

Since the learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent has not expressed any objection in the delay being condoned, recording the same, the delay of 58 days is condoned.

Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
