ORDER

The only prayer in this revision petition is to direct the Subordinate Court, Tambaram to expedite the trial of the suit.

2. Heard Mr.G.B.Sabari Das, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.T.N.Rajagopalan, learned counsel for the first respondent.

3. The suit is of the year 2009. The pleadings are complete. Therefore, there can be no objection to the prayer sought.
