The prayer sought for in the present petition is to direct the respondent police to register the complaint dated 13.03.2018. 2.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that, since a similar complaint has already been registered in Crime No.22 of 2016 on 21.09.2016 by the respondent herein, it may not be appropriate to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint. The petitioner is granted liberty to present a copy of petition to the respondent police and on receipt of the petition the same shall be looked into during the course of the investigation in Crime no.22 of 2016.
