PRAYER :- Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, pleased to direct the learned Sub ordinate Judge, Ranipet, to dispose the suit pending on its file in O.S.No.265 of 2019 with in a time limit prescribed by this Court. ORDER

The above Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking an early disposal of O.S.No.265 of 2019 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Ranipet. 2.From the B Diary extract it is seen that the matter has been pending for trial, since March 2021. Therefore, direction is issued to the learned Sub ordinate Judge, Ranipet, to dispose of the suit O.S.No.265 of 2019 on or before 31.07.2025.
