Alleging that the order of this Court dated 29.01.2026, made in W.P.No.2817 of 2026 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the aforesaid order of this Court has been complied with and therefore, the contempt petition shall be closed. Learned counsel for the petitioners did not raise any objections for the same.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondents, this contempt petition stands closed. SUB APPL Nos.636 of 2026, stands ordered accordingly.
