2. Learned Government Advocate [Crl Side] submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.2221 of 2016, dated 05.02.2015 regularly.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate [Crl.

Side], the modified condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.2221 of 2016, dated 05.02.2016 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required. This petition is ordered accordingly.
